Basic front kicks:

               Snap Kick, Groin Kick and Push Kick.  


Hand strikes:

               Jab and Cross.

Basic blocks

               High Block, Low Block, Inside Block and Outside.  

Basic Stances:     

               Walking Stance, Forward Leaning Stance and Horse Riding Stance.

Speedrail number one.

Physical requirements:

               15 sit ups

               15 push-ups,

               15 jumping jacks

               15 squats.

White to yellow belt requirements:
