Basic blocks

               High Block, Low Block, Inside Block and

               Outside.  


Basic leg blocks:

               Shin Block



Basic Stances:     

               Walking Stance, Forward Leaning Stance and

               Horse Riding Stance.

     Physical requirements:

               25 sit ups

               25 push-ups

               25 jumping jacks

               25 squats.
